    I once again confirm rely doesn't work on qoo10, it all stop when ask to take photo of I'd. Not only mobile version, PC version as well. PC version once you upload your ID pic, it say verifying then it goes blank and nothing happened after that, just stuck.

    I thought i was the only one facing this same problem!

    Instalments via Rely is really cannot 'rely' on, better with Hoolah.

    Tried to buy a cheaper item at Qoo10 and was disappointed to know that no one updated me with regards to my order when it states '1 working day'.

    Logged into Rely and check the status and it indicates 'upload documents', which i couldn't click on anything and a messages pop up indicating that someone will contact me via email or sms.

    And here's another thing, i have to CONTINOUSLY log in to rely to check on my status. When I clicked another option, i got logged out and i have to relogin.

    Means to say.. You cannot rely on Rely on your future purchases. 

    I'm sticking to Hoolah. No wonder they have much option than you do.

    I have made a payment on 14Aug and sent a mail to rely customer service and informed the payment is made (request # 5145). However today (19aug) my account is still showing o/s payment. Could you pls follow up asap? I don't want to be charged for late payment as tmr 20aug is the payment due date. And can you cancel my account after you confirm my payment? It is really not reliable and we could be charged for late payment for no reason

    Hi, my payment was make on 17/08 by FAST transfer but till now still not reflected and show late payment. Please advise. I had email with proof of payment last evening and is still awaiting for response. Have to think twice before using rely again.

    I am very shocked. It won't auto deduct the credit card on due day. And let it generate late payment charge and some day after it will deduct the credit card automatically with the late charges. You are making money like that. It is really like cheating. Pls refund to me asap. I already made payment before the due day yet you haven't updated the status

    I had sufficient amount in my bank account and yet it says no deduction and charged me late payment charges. Whereby you can deduct the due payment one day before this payment. So, what is this. Trying to impose $3 charges to us whereby u can deduct from my cards. Come on, please. Do not try to make money like this. Please refund me the late payment charge. And you even says that will ask debt collectors to collect if still no payments. Good service!

    I've made a payment of $149.32 on 31 August to clear all the outstanding balances with RELY. However till today, the payment had not be updated on the system and i don't know how to get hold of their customer service personnel to address this. On top of that, I've made another purchase on 2 Sep via qoo10 opting RELY but yet the payment is still started as pending but they have already deducted the payment from my credit card. Why? Can someone from RRKY please call me back asap. Thanks

    Is there anyway we can forward this and accelerate to a higher authority? RELY is scamming us with these zero interest installments and the customer service is really unresponsive.

    Automated Deduction Request

    Hi All,

    We have been receiving numerous request to provide automatic deduction so make Rely more convenient to use and our team is currently working hard to roll out this feature with the next few months.

    Meanwhile, for the second payment onwards, you would have to make the payment via PayNow till we roll out this feature.

    Late Fee Waiver
    If you were not aware of the requirement to make payments via PayNow and was charged a late fee, please reach out to us and we can arrange for a fee waiver. Our intention for the late fees are to cover the cost of delayed payment and not to profit from it.

    Hi Rely,

    I have received help from your customer service via FB RELY. Has checked and indeed it was an error from them. They will refund back my money. I'm thankful for the prompt actions and speedy replies that it was resolved within 10 minutes.

    Hi Hizam, thank you for your reply with regards to this 'unsolved' matter.
    As stated by the comments left by everyone else, please do understand that all we wanted was some explanation.

    I even contacted one of your agents and he didn't even get back to me with my enquiries. My orders were cancelled 3 days later by Qoo10 and till then, none even get back to me what's happening to my arranged installments.

    I keep coming back here to see if there were any updates but there weren't. And the comments kept piling up with unresolved and late fees charges.

    My first comment was left a month back and only when i raised an awareness that it took you all to finally issue an official announcement to all of us.
    If i am the only facing this hiccup, then i am deemed wrong to accused Rely falsely. But the fact that so many commented about their accounts have proved that they too are facing the same issues as me.

    Also, please include a delete button to your payment methods. My card is saved permanently and i no longer wish to continue to Rely.

    I have cancel my order. And account stated refunded. Today is the fifth day. Supposed by now should receive the refund of 406.34.I been writing since last week. No one getting back. Should I file a report about this issue. Being a service provider a bare minimum service courtesy standard. To follow up request of the customer enquiry isit that hard to do so?

    I’ve not received my refund. I’ve emailed and tried to chat on their Facebook page there was no reply at all. Reply me before I lodge a complaint to the consumer association of Singapore.
